One year ago, I was under so much stress and anxiety that I created something called Chill Time which I obeyed religiously. Once 9:00pm hit, I immediately had to stop worrying because there’s no way I can do anything about my problems after 9:00pm. Today, I am free of all anxiety and stress. I feel better now than I have in years. I never would have thought this small, daily reminder would have such an impact on my view on life.
So what I’m trying to say is that if you have a lot of stress and anxiety, try making your own Chill Time and stick with it. It’ll seriously change your life.
